Friendly and helped when we were evacuated from Fl
The room was ok but the bathroom mirror was dirty & the floor tile felt sticky. There was no closet or hanging rack for clothes. It took the clerk about 20 minutes to process my credit card. He said it was his machine; however, I didn't like the fact that he was out of sight with my card the whole time. When I requested an extra pillow & blanket, no one was available to get it for us. The same clerk said we had to wait until someone else got back to give us the blanket & pillow. They brought it after 11pm. I pray I never have to go back.
